Training Schedule

2015 Long Course Season

A final schedule will be announced the first week of May.  We will very likely be running practices at a choice of two pools most mornings, and then train in the afternoon at Claremore 3-5pm (plus drylands on specific days)

Why We Train at the Claremore Rec Center

Beyond the 25 yard x 25 meter competition pool, the Claremore Rec Center provides an expansive complement of dry-side training venues and equipment.

Too often, dry-side endurance, agility, reaction time, core strength and mental preparedness and toughness are overlooked as critical to a swimmer's success.  Liquid Sports USA coaches insist on developing the whole athlete, in and out of the pool. Drylands workouts are typically scheduled 3-4 times every week, and performed after pool workouts.

2) A second summer training facility for morning workouts will be announced soon!!


Note: For non-members, Claremore charges a nominal $3.00 daily pool use fee.   It is suggested that athletes purchase a monthly membership.  This will not only save money but ease the swimmer's access with an ID swipe card as they enter the building for workouts.

May 25 - August 14(Sumer Schedule)

Private lessons and video analysis sessions help maximize each athlete's potential. These sessions are a tremendous time for the coach and athlete to really focus on specific technique work, and in a distraction-free environment.
